We will contact you to assess your interest in participating in the program for the Fall 2008 term and to review our co-op schedule.

February 13
Employer Job Descriptions Due

Please submit any new job descriptions via email. Click here for a job submittal form. If job descriptions are not submitted by February 13, employers will miss the first round of resume referrals.

March 5
Coordinators Email Resumes to Employers

We will email you a packet containing the resumes of interested and qualified students.

March 6
Employer Interviews and Offers of Employment Begin

Unless agreed upon otherwise, students have been given your contact information and will contact you directly to set up interviews.

When you have made your choice of a candidate and are ready to make an offer, please notify the Coordinator first. You may then contact the student and extend them a formal offer of employment.

Fall 2008 Work Period

Prior to the end of the work period, employers should complete an evaluation of the student’s job performance and review with the student.
