How to Join SWE Northeastern
Joining SWE at Northeastern University is simple. Attend the SWE general meetings and that’s it! Membership is not binding - come when you can or when we're having an event that interests you and bring your friends!
To sign up for the SWE mailing list either visit our mailman page or e-mail the swe officers at swe@coe.neu.edu.
If you’d like to become an "official" member of the national organization, go to http://societyofwomenengineers.swe.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=25&Itemid=122. This is not a requirement to join SWE @ NEU (we actually have no requirements other than showing when you can or want to), but becoming a national member will entitle you to loads of benefits:
- Apply for scholarships
- Post your resume online on the SWE Resume Database to help find a job
- Attend the national conference.
- Get SWE Magazine subscription and Membership Card
Students can join SWE National at any time for $20, but the term of a membership is July 1 thru June 30th. Click here for more information on SWE National.
