Lowering and Fixing the Package

	Borehole accelerometer being lowered.		Orientation of the borehole package is adjusted by monitoring the compass readings with a laptop computer. Each accelerometer is oriented in the north-south direction within a few degrees error.
	Once oriented, borehole accelerometer is fixed by pouring glass beads into the borehole.		Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the offset of each accelerometer manually.
