Sean Burns, ChE’13,
a Steamboat Foundation Scholar, is using his coop experiences to work with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to improve the screening of which drugs might be effective at curing cancer.

has been reaching out as the Engineering Without Borders-NEU Program Director for Uganda to help teach the Bbandans about their water supply.

MIE Alum Megan Richardson
who started as a coop and was later hired at NASA JPL in CA is part of the MSL team that recently placed the rover on Mars.

was the recipient of the Barry M. Goldwater Scholar award. This national award is considered to be one of the most competitive science scholarships in the country.
