Northeastern’s Galante Engineering/MBA Program encompasses six years of classroom and direct work experience culminating in the awarding of both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
The interdisciplinary program addresses a growing need in the business world for leaders who possess skills derived from the study of engineering, such as problem solving and process orientation, combined with the business acumen and tools gained through an MBA.
Support for this new BS/MBA track comes from Edward Galante, ’73, and his wife Cathie. The Galantes recently pledged $5 million to establish the program and to provide scholarship support for engineering students selected for their high level of academic achievement and future promise. Entrance to the Galante Program is by invitation only.
