Internal Transfer

A student from any full-time college at Northeastern may request to transfer into the College of Engineering (COE). The College of Engineering is committed to ensuring that students who enter the College are “set up for success” upon entry; the College welcomes all students who are able to demonstrate their ability to master technical material fundamental to the successful study of Engineering.

Please note: The following freshmen programs: General Studies and UJima Scholars must adhere to the following college/major-specific criteria. Students enrolled in the College of Professional Studies are not considered internal transfer students and must apply to COE as an external transfer student or through a pre-entry program such as American Classroom, Global Pathways or USPP. Please see your advisors in these pre-entry programs regarding admission procedures.
