Connections provides NEU college women with a clearer understanding of their future as STEM professionals. Programs at Northeastern include a residence hall program, access to state-of-the-art computer facilities, the Connections Center, leadership experience, a career management series with active workshops, and study groups.
Connections offers high school girls a chance to learn about specific skills in STEM careers through their interactions with college women, faculty, and professionals in STEM fields. Middle School girls can engage in enlivening STEM activities to promote their motivation towards these challenging majors. Middle school girls have the opportunity to gain awareness helping them to understand the importance of what they are learning to succeed in high school. They also participate in Connections activities such as the Computer Clubhouse and special events for the Connections Program on Northeastern University's campus.
