Humanics is the integration of human capacities such as creativity, ethical reasoning, cultural agility, entrepreneurship, systems thinking, with technological and data literacies. The Humanics Framework draws on curricular and co-curricular innovations to create unique opportunities for integrating thinking and action. This integration highlights the interdependencies of technology and data, and domains such as society, culture, art, communications, politics and ethics. The discussion of humanics is inspired by President Aoun’s book Robot-Proof.
Students are invited to participate in a Town Hall Meeting to discuss the university's plans to integrate humanics into the Northeastern Experience.
