Prospective Students
Welcome to the graduate program in Telecommunication Systems Management at Northeastern University.
The Master of Science in Telecommunication Systems Management (TSM) degree is designed for professionals currently in the telecommunications field who either wish to enhance their technical skills and credentials, or who wish to make a transition to the business side of telecommunications, especially in management or marketing. The disciplines from which applicants usually come include computer science, the physical sciences, mathematics and engineering.
Students can choose from one of three areas of concentration: telecom networking, telecom systems development, or telecom business management.
Full-time students in the TSM program have the opportunity to participate in Northeastern's nationally renowned Cooperative Plan of Education (co-op), which allows students to work with large or small companies in the Boston area, gaining valuable experience at the cutting edge of telecommunications and networking technology while obtaining their degree.
