CEE Industry Leadership Night 2014
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, along with the CEE Industrial Advisory Board, hosted the fourth annual CEE Industry Leadership Night on December 2, 2014, at the Curry Student Center Ballroom. Over a hundred members of the Civil and Environmental Engineering community were in attendance, including industry leaders along with CEE faculty, staff, and the Industry Advisory Board.
Dr. Beverly A. Scott, General Manager and CEO of the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, was this year’s Keynote speaker, providing inspirational comments about the importance of public transportation infrastructure. Other speakers included the Provost Stephen Director; Nadine Aubry, Dean of the College of Engineering; CEE Department Chair Jerry Hajjar; Chief Engineer of the MBTA, Erik Stoothoof; and Christine Keville, President and CEO of Keville Enterprises and Chair of the CEE Industrial Advisory Board.
