Melanie Smith is the Partnership Events and Education Specialist for the Bernard M. Gordon Center for Subsurface Sensing and Imaging Systems (Gordon-CenSSIS). She supports the implementation of educational initiatives, student activities and outreach efforts as well as serving as a liaison between students and the center educational programs related to Gordon-CenSSIS, ALERT, and PROTECT. Melanie is also responsible for event coordination for the Center and collaborates on proposal development initiatives.
