AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

The three areas of concentration span the telecommunications industry.

All students must take at least one elective from the Telecom Business Management area of concentration, and one elective from either the Telecom Networking or the Telecom Systems Development areas of concentration.

Electives come from the approved list of courses below supplied by the Colleges of Engineering, Business Administration, and Computer and Information Science, and the School of Technological Entrepreneurship.  If a student wishes to take as an elective a course not listed below, the student needs to receive approval, preferably in writing, from the TSM program director prior to taking the course.  Otherwise, the course may not count towards the MS degree in Telecommunication Systems Management.
